Refund and Return Policy
At Exclusive Interior, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your order, and we are happy to accept any unwanted items back within 14 days of delivery, provided that they are unused and in their original packaging.
How to Return Your Order
There are two ways to return your order to us:
- Arrange Your Own Return
You can choose to return the item to our designated returns address in Manchester at your own expense. Please note, the item must be properly packaged and in its original condition. - Book a Collection with Us
Alternatively, we can arrange for a collection via our courier service. This service costs £299, which will be deducted from your refund.
For larger items that require a two-person team for collection, additional arrangements may apply. Please ensure that all returns are booked in advance by completing our returns form. Once our team has received your request, they will get back to you within 1 working day to confirm the details and provide further instructions.
Packaging Guidelines
- Original Packaging
The items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure the items are securely wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them during transit. - Non-Returnable Without Arrangements
We are unable to accept any returns without prior arrangements through our returns form. Our team will provide the return address once the form is completed and the return is accepted.
Return Costs
- Booking a Collection
If you choose to book a collection with us, the £299 collection fee will be deducted from your refund. You do not need to make an additional payment for the collection. - Returning Directly
If you prefer to return the order yourself or via your own courier, there will be no charge for this. However, you must ensure that the return is arranged in advance with our team.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received, it may take up to 72 hours for our team to inspect the product and ensure it is in perfect condition. After inspection, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10-14 working days for the refund to clear in your account, depending on your bank.
